The Malaysia HSK Test portal offers computer exams at test sites. Choose the location first: its published dates are not identical across venues.

## Dates depend on the test site

Examples from the 2026 portal
| Location | Listed final-quarter dates |
| --- | --- |
| Kota Damansara, Sungai Long, Kampar | 17 October, 7 November, 13 December |
| Georgetown | 17 October, 7 November |
| Kuantan, Yong Peng | 7 November |

The portal announces a move to HSK 3.0 from December. Confirm the selected date’s level and oral component in its form. A computer-based test here is taken at a test site, not automatically from home.

## Application and start times

Prepare a digital passport-style photo, payment slip and identification: MyKad for Malaysians or a passport for foreign candidates. On [the official portal](https://www.hsk-ibt.com.my/hsk-registration/), select location, then level, then date.

The portal lists starts of 13:30 for levels 1, 3 and 5, and 09:00 for levels 2, 4 and 6. Reporting time and the local deadline must be checked in the chosen form. The menu does not guarantee late registration or seats at another venue.
