Delete your HSK Plus account

Delete your account in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot install the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and choose Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and read the information shown.
  4. Confirm account deletion to complete the process.

Request deletion online

Email us from your registered email address with the subject 'HSK Plus account deletion request'. We may request the minimum information necessary to verify your identity.

Data that is deleted

  • Firebase authentication account
  • Account profile, including email address and display name
  • Registered device information and server-side learning sync backups

Data that may be retained

Information needed for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention, such as payment transactions and entitlement verification records, may be retained for the necessary period and used only for those purposes.

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within a reasonable period after identity verification, and we will notify you when deletion is complete.
