Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

You can use the app without an account. Vocabulary and character learning records and settings created without an account are generally stored on your device.

The following information may be processed if you choose to sign in or use learning sync.

· Account information: Firebase user identifier, email address and display name provided by Apple or Google, sign-in provider and most recent sign-in time

· Device and sync information: hashed device identifier, operating system, device name, most recent connection time and learning-record backups you upload

· Payment information: store transaction identifiers, products and purchase status, and purchase entitlement verification records. The app does not directly collect payment-method details such as card numbers.

· Advertising and analytics information: advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device and app information, app usage events, error information, and advertising and purchase performance information

2. Purposes

· Sign-in, account management and learning-record sync across devices

· In-app purchase verification, purchase restoration and paid features

· Rewarded advertising and advertising performance measurement

· App stability analysis, feature improvements, customer support and fraud prevention

3. External services and information sharing

The app may use Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config), Google Sign-In, AdMob, Google Play, Sign in with Apple, the App Store and the Meta SDK. Each service processes information under its provider's policies.

The operator does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary for the purposes above.

4. Retention and deletion

Account information and learning sync data are retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes the Firebase authentication account, registered devices, sync backups, email address and display name.

Transaction, security and fraud-prevention records may be retained to the limited extent and for the period necessary for legal compliance or legitimate interests. Information retained by external services is subject to each provider's retention policies.

5. Your choices and rights

· Use the app's basic learning features without creating an account

· Where applicable laws require it, consent to or decline advertising data processing in the app's advertising privacy settings and change your choice later

· Reset your advertising identifier or restrict personalized advertising in device settings

· Delete your account and related data from the Account screen in app settings

· Request access, correction or deletion through the account deletion page or support email

6. Safeguards and international processing

We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access. When global service providers are used, information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable laws and the providers' safeguards.

7. Policy updates and contact

This policy may change as app features or services change. Important changes will be announced in the app or on this website.
